“Slats was, at the time, my fantasy of what the upholstery industry should be doing to make a difference. I wanted something lighter and more transparent than all the existing filling sofas capes. I ended up with an upholstered parody on a garden bench.”
All 13 slats are individually upholstered and the bench itself is sold as a flat pack. Comfort comes from a slight curve in the slat, a very thin layer of foam underneath the upholstery and a slight flex from the wooden slat itself.

One identical profile, 4 narrow cuts for the legs, 4 large cuts for the seat. The chairs and tables are linkable and stackable.Indoor and outdoor versions are available: The indoor version is in beech wood with beech or oak veneer, the outdoor version is in robinia wood with teak veneer. Natural wood, stained, varnished and lacquered versions.
The collection is delivered in triangular boxes and easy to is assemble with just 8 screws for the chair, and 28 screws for the table.
